“The boss who’s never in office”

I still remember the day when I started TSI with a small team in my single room office in Kalkaji. A very high spirited team is what I recall well. In the initial stages, we were high on energy, enthusiasm and creativity but low on cash.

As I had said then, I did not want a four people team to come up with four issues and then be overtaken by the commercial forces. and be forced to either shut down or change the very essence of TSI.
